Bylo jednou v malém městě jménem Chomutov, které se nacházelo v srdci krásného kraje. V tomto městě žil hodný a šlechetný pán, který se jmenoval U Pratura. Byl to velmi bohatý muž, který měl však neobyčejnou povahu. Byl milý ke všem lidem a snažil se pomáhat těm, kteří to potřebovali. U Pratury bydlel ve velkém zámku, který se nacházel na okraji města. Jeho zahrada byla plná krásných květin, ale i tajemných příběhů. Jednoho dne se do zámku dostala zpráva o tajemném pokladu, který se měl skrývat na západním okraji města. Pán U Pratura byl zvědavý a rozhodl se poklad najít. Vydal se tedy na cestu se svým věrným přítelem, psíkem jménem Kokos. Ten byl neobyčejně chytrý a hbitý a U Pratura si na něj nemohl víc cenit. Spolu prošli zámeckým parkem a vydali se směrem k lesu. Bylo to tam velmi tajemné a trochu i strašidelné, ale U Pratura se nebál. Po cestě narazili na tři překážky, které museli překonat. První z nich byla řeka, která byla velmi divoká a nebezpečná. U Pratura se ale rozhodl, že ji přejde až na konci, a tak se vydali hledat most. Cestou potkali želvu, která byla ošklivá a malá, ale velmi moudrá. Želva jim poradila, aby se nezaměřovali na vzhled, ale na to, co je uvnitř člověka. U Pratura se zjevně nenechal zaskočit povrchností a želvu považoval za výjimečnou bytost. Nakonec našli most, přešli ho a pokračovali v cestě. Druhou překážkou byla velká hora, kterou museli přelézt. Byla to náročná cesta, ale U Pratura s Kokosem se nevzdali. Během výstupu potkali královnu mravenců, která jim nabídla pomoc. Mravenec byl zvyklý na tvrdou práci a byl velice ochotný. U Pratura si uvědomil, že i když se může zdát, že někdo je malý a nic neumí, může nám přinést velkého prospěchu. S pomocí královny mravenců se jim podařilo přelézt horu a pokračovat v hledání pokladu. Třetí a poslední překážkou byl temný les plný strašidelných zvuků. U Pratura a Kokos se však nenechali zastrašit. Potkali v něm malého a roztomilého skřítka, který je provedl bezpečně přes les až k místu, kde se měl poklad nacházet. Když konečně dorazili na určené místo, byli velmi překvapeni. Místo pokladu bylo plné květin a zvědavých zvířátek. U Pratura pochopil, že pravý poklad je mnohem cennější než zlato. Je to přátelství a láska, kterou můžeme sdílet s ostatními. U Pratura se vrátil do svého zámku s pocitem naplnění a štěstí. Oznámil obyvatelům města, že pravý poklad je v nás samotných a že je třeba si ho vážit a šířit ho mezi ostatními. Od té doby se v Chomutově začaly pořádat slavnosti plné vzájemného respektu a laskavosti. A tak žili U Pratura, Kokos a ostatní obyvatelé Chomutova šťastně až do konce svých dní. A když se někdo zeptal, co je největším pokladem na světě, vždy odpověděli: "Je to láska, přátelství a laskavost, které přinášíme do světa."
